Everyone is a leader in some way, shape, or form. Whether you are leading yourself, your family, or your staff.

A true leader only deals with the reality of truth and does not make excuses.

A great leader does not manipulate or cover up that which is true, even if it is unflattering to themselves. They stare the truth in its face and call it what it is whether that truth is pretty, ugly, or unflattering.

A true leader is transparent, and honest to the end- with themselves and others.

An extraordinary and deserving leader makes decisions that are right for everyone and not just convenient for themselves, even if they have to be inconvenienced to do so.

Make sure you represent the title of "leader" properly as you wear it. How are you leading today?

The chance to start over is a precious gift that should be treated accordingly. Every morning we are blessed with life, we get an opportunity to do our best.
